Poienita Zarand SRL values sustainable use of natural resources, good animal welfare, paying a fair price to the group of 50 local farmers and reinvesting the profit towards creating positive social and environmental change for the local communities. The honey is provided from Zarand area which is recognized as a Natura 2000 site known for its vast natural and cultural heritage. It is home to small-scale local apiaries which kept centuries old practices alive to preserve bees and the diverse landscapes for future generations.
