Our newest natural treasure is raw, unfiltered honey. Aromatic Forest Honey is produced from Croatian oak trees in late summer when the air is dry, making for a pungent, medium-bodied flavor. This honey variety is rare. Characteristics include a rich, dark color, moderate sweetness and acidity, and woody flavor tones.
