Our newest natural treasure is raw, unfiltered honey. Chestnut honey is full-bodied and less sweet tasting than other honeys. The flavor is unique: strong, long lasting, with a slightly bitter finish - perfect for pairing with savory or mild cheeses. It is dark in color and has an aromatic herbal aroma. It is produced from May to late June.
